Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resource operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment activities, employee documentation, HR coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination)

Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

Support onboarding and induction of new hires

Assist in attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination

Respond to employee HR-related queries

Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance tasks

Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required

Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles

Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR documentation

Good organizational and time-management skills

Willingness to learn and grow in an HR environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Internship or trainee experience in HR

Familiarity with HR systems or ATS

Experience working in a consulting or recruitment environment
