About the Role
Megastruck is hiring a Customer Success Representative to support client engagement and service coordination across its consulting engagements.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, and supporting internal teams to ensure that clients receive maximum value from the services provided.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain effective communication
- Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement across consulting projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Respond to client queries and ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement
- Maintain records of client interactions and service updates
- Assist in identifying opportunities for client retention and relationship development
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Experience is flexible (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or client management platforms is a plus
