Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resource operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment activities, employee documentation, HR coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination)

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires

  • Assist in attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination

  • Respond to employee HR-related queries

  • Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance tasks

  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR documentation

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow in an HR environment


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Internship or trainee experience in HR

  • Familiarity with HR systems or ATS

  • Experience working in a consulting or recruitment environment
