About the Role

Canvas is hiring a Freelance IT Recruiter (Remote | Commission-Based). This role is ideal for individuals with experience in IT recruitment who are looking for a flexible, performance-driven opportunity.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle independently, from sourcing candidates to successful placement, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening and interview coordination
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience
Track hiring progress and maintain basic reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience in IT recruitment (freelance or full-time)
Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn
Good understanding of technical roles and hiring requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
