About the Role

Canvas is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for one of our clients operating in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to technical hiring, a solid understanding of IT roles, and the ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels

• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and role requirements

• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with hiring stakeholders

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Stay updated on emerging technology roles, skills, and hiring trends

• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8 – 12 years of proven experience in IT or technical recruitment

• Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring trends

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines
