About the Role

Canvas is hiring an HR Associate for one of our clients in the consulting industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.

The selected candidate will support recruitment activities, HR operations, and employee coordination while gaining practical exposure in a structured environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship in HR
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
