About the Role
Canvas is hiring an HR Executive for one of our clients in the consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.
This role requires practical exposure to managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting business needs, and ensuring smooth HR processes in a structured consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support HR operations, policies, and internal procedures
- Coordinate with departments to address HR-related matters
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
